This is Nolan's best work no doubt. I also loved that there were no cheap or over-done CGI. The aerial shots were state of the art. Amazing movie. spectacular film making. I wish it had the correct aspect ratio. The flies were the last thing on my mind watching this movie weeks after this review was posted- until the final shot.
Everyone, has some bi-sexual in them, even if its fully repressed, and only 1% Well ok, 5% Very few people are 50/50 bi-sexual. Anyway, is there no interview of these two guys which asks them about their 'own' bi-sexual feelings, or experiences. I have a friend who says he's 11% gay or homosexual, and 89% straight, heterosexual. So he's essentially or predominantly straight. Again, it's so frustrating that no interviewer seems to get these two guys speaking of such, of their ever having had any gay, queer, homoerotic (or homoromantic! feelings or experiences, before, during, or since the making of this film. Sheesh, we are still in such repressed times, don't delude yourself.
I really like elio's sweater. Armie literally can't take his eyes from timmy. What a film. Thank you brave souls that paved the way for us to sit and enjoy a you. The flies have short life span just like their relationship. Is it healthy if is actually 4 am and I repeated this scene for 30 minutes.

This damn film just sneaks inbetween you, like flu. Yall so busy thinking about Harry while Im over here thinking about Fionn. Look me in the face, hold my gaze and call me by your name. He actually called for Elio to stop him from getting married.
